When I was first diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, I will admit that I felt overwhelmed and scared. It was hard to process the changes that would come with my diagnosis, and I had no idea how to cope with the emotional and physical aspects of the disease. But as I continued my journey, I began to find strength and beauty in the midst of my diagnosis. Learning to accept the changes that come with living with metastatic breast cancer and boosting my self-esteem became a priority for me, and I am proud to say that I have come out a stronger person on the other side of my diagnosis.

My experience with mets breast cancer has been filled with ups and downs, but I have found that the more I seek to understand how my diagnosis has changed my life and how to move forward with a positive attitude, the more I am able to find hope and beauty in my circumstances. I have come to realize that it is important to accept the changes that come with living with mets breast cancer and to focus on being grateful for the life I have.
